В своем отчете за период январь-март 2023 года Росстат сообщил, что цены на первичном рынке жилья снизились на 0,6% до 127 200 рублей за квадратный метр. Квартиры в типовых новостройках подешевели на 0,5%, а более элитные дома - на 0,8%. Цены на элитное жилье выросли на 1,1%.
